One of my chief considerations every day, is what it means for me to be and to act consistently with who I hold myself out to be for myself, and with who I hold myself out to be for others.
When I am practicing daily, as I am and have been now for ten days, I notice how much more at peace I am with myself, how much more I like myself, and how much more content I am with all of life. These, I believe, are the benefits of authenticity.
