Why you shouldn't build/buy a PC now (February,2018)

In this blog post I´ll tell you why it´s a bad time to build or buy a PC now. 61zz+nIFrQL._SY450_.jpg

So first of all the RAM prices are very high at the moment because there is a high demand of mobile RAM, but a low availability of main memory for Desktop PCs. One year ago you payed about 120€ for 16Gb of good DDR4, but now it´s between 180€ and 200€. 35617025_8563989436_600x600.png

But it´s not only the random acces memory also graphic cards became more expensive, especially the AMD Radeon series and the Nvidia Mid-range GPUs (like a GTX 1050Ti/1060) because of the high buying rate from miners and the asian PUBG-boom. AMD-Radeon-RX-480-and-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-1060-680x453.jpg

Another aspect is that intel platform is expensive at the moment not only the intel CPUs are expensive there are also just expensive enthusiasts-mainboards for the new Coffeelake CPUs but that should change soon when the new chipsets for Coffeelake are Launched. AMD Ryzen is much cheaper than anytime and a good choice, but the above aspects are more serious. AMDvsINTEL_PIC.png

So all in all actually is a very bad time to build or buy a PC but if you really need one you should buy one now because maybe it takes very long that the prices get cheaper but if you can wait I recommend you waiting until there is a large price drop on hardware especially in lower price classes (up to 650€).
