This is one of my wife‘s kitchen arts - Grilled Whole Chicken - Indian Style recipe.

Ingredients
Whole chicken

For making the marinade
Ginger- Garlic paste
Chili powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Fennel powder
Salt
Lemon juice
Water

Other Ingredients
Coconut oil or Vegetable oil- 1 tbsp
Lemon juice- juice of half lemon
