Payportal Services Private Limited is a company that was founded in 2011 in accordance with the laws of India by international experts working in the field of payment service since 1996.

Payportal establishes a link between service providers and their customers through on-line recharges payment of invoices and internal money transfers in the safest and most convenient way through the Payportal wallet.

The business area of Payportal Company is Delhi where we successfully manage 80 distributors and 2300 retailers. The Payportal team has grown to over 20 people with the most in sales. During 2017 Payportal has processed around 500 million rupees in payments that were 45% higher compared to 2016.

The Payportal platform connects Indian service providers such as banks, mobile operators, digital TV operators and utility companies with public through a WALLET. The project’s goal is to provide a solution to Customers to tackle the following challenges: regular visitings of different offices to pay monthly bills, cash collectors stealing, expensive and risky cross-border remittances, staying in a bank queues, wide geography logistics, non-professional service support and assistance.

Implementing a cross border money transfers service between Indian migrants living abroad and their families in home country. As the Payportal has advanced experience in domestic money transfers, we plan to realize this part of the project based on the own blockchain and crypto currency PPTL Coin. PPTL coins will be acceptable as a means of payment and will be convertible into Indian rupees for the final leg of transaction.
All fees will be applicable in PPTL coins:

Monthly subscription to Payportal services (Bharat Bill Payment system, Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) for retailers and distributors.
New retailer creation.
Retailer shifts to another distributor.
Emergency cash collection service that can be ordered by a retailer.
Distributor lending facilities.

Distribution
Distributors will play the major role in PPTL coin transfers. Distributors buy tokens in the OTC market or crypto exchanges and make a smart contract transfer to the Company wallet. The transaction contains the value and Payportal wallet number of a receiver. Automatically PPTL value will be credited to a wallet owner who continues to use Payportal financial services. Upon expiration of the PPTL coins on a Payportal wallet, the services will be postponed.
Capitalization
A key objective for Payportal is to rise sufficient capital to execute our plans. The strong cash position will give us a clear runaway to acquire new customers, expand within the current area of Delhi and NCR and other geographic markets (Maharashtra, Rajasthan, etc.), pursue new licensing deals, develop new technologies, expand our development resources and continue adding significant innovations to our wallet technology.

PPTL tokens are ERC20 tokens. There will be 20 million tokens produced. 14.5 million Tokens will be sold to the masses. They will be sold at the price of 1 token = 0.002 ETH. The project has a soft cap of 3000 ETH and a hard cap of 24000 ETH.
