correct - not eligible for the `first time bonus or the second serving.

But, in any case, I have made exceptions before and you are only 2 days past the 90-day factor, so, all you need to do is to submit an entry to Pay It Forward contest AND use the #ccc tag also to get a second serving of the first time bonus. |
