you are eligible to both the bonus and the reward for "hat trick".
bonus is available to newbie - 45 rep or below or age 90 days or less (which qualifies you).
the "hat trick " reward is for you to nominate those with rep of 50 or below and encourage them to also submit entries.

You have done really well in a short time, but, by calendar time, you are still a newbie. With your many followers and visitors, I m sure that you can feature 3 in one post to submit to "the contest" - it really does not take much effort when you have so many followers.
