I removed the upvote requirement to encourage more participation AND to reward interaction and engagement with my SP and SBI rewards.
Have an idea for a contest or giveaway? I'll sponsor (100%) or co-sponsor (at whatever you like - we'll work it out on my "Current Open Contests" post).
I will think about it.. comment contest is better than posting contest ... make it as simple as can be.. to encourage the participants, for example.."show us your best photo and why?" Or "tell us your obstacles to create a good post on steemit"
I agree.
But, rewards from posts submitted is much greater to the blogger - in recognition and accomplishments. It brings out the best in people when they have to stretch or dig deep.
You're right 😊 I need to learn more about HF20 because of that to optimize my vote behaviour.
