Na wa oooo. Well, in my experience, if you want a company to listen to you FAST these days, na to enter their Twitter (in this case @paxful on Twitter) and make your complaint there. If you do am for email, they come when they feel like it -- but Twitter dey public, them come answer you sharperly.
