Hello friends, how are you all? I was very happy to participate in the engagement challenge ''SLC-S21W5''. First of all, I would like to thank our teacher. In this 5th week, our teacher, @dasudi, asked @lirvic to make gelatin. Today I am in for the preparation of this sweet dessert. So let's go.
Yes, I have made jelly before. I make various desserts with jelly. My kids especially love eating jelly. I often make faluda and serve it with jelly on top. Jelly can be made very easily by mixing water with jelly powder. Moreover, agar agar powder or China grass can also make very good jelly. However, food colouring has to be added to it. Any color jelly can be made very easily by adding food colouring. However, in this case, when it is mixed with water or milk, it has to be mixed slowly and stirred very quickly. Otherwise, it may stick to the bottom of the pan or lumps may form, preventing any type of pudding from setting properly. When I first made jelly, my jelly would not set properly. But now I can make it well.

jelly powder | 70 gram |
water | 1 glass (250ml) |
At the beginning of making the dessert, I mixed the agar agar powder with half a cup of water and mixed it well. Then I put it on one side of the mixer. Then I took three cups of milk and heated it. See, I mixed some powdered milk to thicken the milk a little more.
The milk was mixed well, and when it became thick, I mixed half a cup of sugar in it. After the sugar melted, I slowly added the plain jelly that had been soaked in advance into the milk. I stirred it well as soon as I put the jelly in the milk.
After stirring for some time, I removed the milk from the stove. Then I poured it into a mold to set the milk pudding. After pouring it into the mold, I kept it under the fan to cool it. When the milk had solidified, I made the jelly.
I took a strawberry-flavored jelly. I poured the jelly from the packet and added a glass of 250 ml of water to it. This time I put the pan on the stove and made the jelly. I stirred it for 2-3 minutes and then removed it from the stove.
This time I poured the prepared jelly over the previously frozen milk pudding. I cooled the jelly and kept it in the refrigerator for an hour to set. When the jelly was well set, I took it out of the refrigerator and served it. As per our teacher's instructions, I wrote my ID name and today's date on a piece of paper and took a picture of my prepared dessert. I made two-shaped jelly.
To be honest, when I was making the milk pudding, I forgot to brush oil into the mold. So I was very worried if there would be any difficulty in taking the mold out or if it would break. But there was no problem. I first removed the sides from the mold and then cut it with a knife and was able to take out the pieces of pudding nicely. Apart from that, there was no problem. The jelly I made set very nicely after putting it in the fridge.
When I first made jelly, I faced many problems. But now I have been able to grasp every point and follow the process accordingly, so I can make it properly. However, there are some tips that, if followed, there will be no difficulty in making jelly. While making jelly, you have to use the right amount of water. If water is added more than the amount of jelly, then the jelly will not set. The container in which the jelly is poured cannot be stirred too much to set the jelly. Otherwise, the jelly will not set properly. If someone cannot make jelly at all, then he can make it by following the instructions given in the jelly packet. I have added agar agar powder to set the milk pudding. After adding it, you have to stir continuously and gradually add milk or water. If you leave it together for some time or do not stir it, then it will become lumpy and will not look good.
I shared the jelly dessert with my whole family. My kids especially love to eat dessert. The kids had a lot of fun eating this dessert item. Moreover, I took pictures of them while they were enjoying the dessert. I shared this dessert with everyone in our house. The red jelly on top and white milk pudding on the bottom looked amazing to look at and eat, but it was also very tasty.
