Today I enjoyed variety of pasta in iftar

Today I was feeling craving for enjoying White sauce pasta and then my sister asked to make veggies pasta too so I dediced to prepare both of them for today's iftar as Islamic month ramzan is going on so let's see how I made both varieties of pasta 🍝

White sauce pasta

Elbow pasta,Spices,MilkAll purpose flourButter
IngredientsQuantities
Elbow pasta2 Cups
SpicesWhite pepper (1 tea spoon),red chilli flakes (1/2 tea spoon),salt(1 tea spoon), garlic chopped (Half tea spoon), chicken powder (One tea spoon)
Milk2 glasses
Allah purpose flour2 table spoon
Butter1.5-2 table spoon

Add 2 table spoon butter in a pan and let it melt and heat up
Add chopped garlic in butter which has been melted and cook it for 30 seconds at low to medium flame

Add all purpose flour in fried garlic in quantity that I have already mentioned
Cook all purpose flour well in butter otherwise it will not give a good taste

Add milk gradually in cooked all purpose flour and continuously stir it so that you may not have any lumps of flour in your sauce at end
Add all spices for preparing sauce in amounts that I have already mentioned

Mix all spices well and cook it for 1 minute
Again start to add milk gradually and then stop adding milk after adding two whole milk glasses

Add boiled pasta in white sauce which is already ready as you can see in above picture
Mix pasta well and cook it for 30 seconds in sauce until it fully gets mixed

This is final presentation of white sauce pasta that I enjoyed with a lot of white sauce as I really like it's creamy texture and flavor....

Veggies Pasta

IngredientsQuantities
Onion1 medium
Cabbage1 cup chopped
PeasHalf cup
Pasta1.5 boiled cup
Black pepperHalf table spoon
Salt1 tea spoon
Red chilli flakesHalf tea spoon
Chilli sauce1.5 Table spoon
Soya sauce1 tea spoon
Ketchup1.5 cup

Add two table spoon oil in a an and add onions in it
Fry onions a bit but don't over fry because we just need to sautte onion and other vegetables for making veggies pasta

Add chopped cabbage in onions and again cook it for 1 minute so that you may not loose crunch of cabbage
Add partially boiled peas and cook it for 1 minute

Add all spices including black pepper,salt,red chilli flakes in these veggies and cook for some seconds
Add 1.5 table spoon chilli sauce in it as it gives a great texture to recipe

Add 1 tea spoon soya sauce in veggies and cook it for some seconds
Mix all veggies with spices well and then add pasta

Pasta is already boiled so add it into veggies and additionally according to your taste now you may add some salt and more sauce
Add tomato ketchup as final and last ingredient and cook it for 30 second and now off flame for final recipe presentation

I love tomato ketchup a lot so I decorate my plate with veggies pasta and a lot of ketchup...
