Fact!

Ripples are sedimentary structures which are formed on the surface of stratification as a result of the process of transportation and sedimentation.
The ripples are formed by the running of water that moves the sediments grain to grain creating this ripples. The attitude depends on cohesion between the grain and the energy of the environment.
