Hello, Singapore 2.0

in #partiko5 years ago

Hello Steemians! Hope you're having a good day. So this is the continuation of my Hello, Singapore blog and I am confuse right now if what would be the title. So okay, let's start!!!

Day 2

Woke up early again, had breakfast and went to Singapore Botanic Gardens which is free by the way. It is actually a UNESCO Heritage site in SG and can be reached through train or bus.

It is a nice way to relax and bond since there are Children Gardens, a museum and more or less 2 ponds over there and had animals and other species.

We then head over to Little India. Went to Haji Lane, the famous mural shops were lined up there. Went also to Mustafa to check on something.

We went home and lost a bit because the bus went left and my map was telling me it was far from the place we are staying so I had to stop already and woke my mom.And after 20 minutes got back to the place exhausted. Hahahaha.

Later at 4pm we went out again, going to the the Gardens by the Bay. Got to enter the Marina Bay Sands and saw their wide holding area.

Strolled for a long walk which my father got so mad at me because he technically doesn't want to go there but tickets were purchased already because of meeee. Arriving the conservatories were the Cloud and Flower Domes which was great yet it was night so I didn't really enjoyed much.

Later that night, we got to see the Light Show. Orchestra music and lights are a good combination though yet because of the long time of the light show and the music genre it made me sleepy. No offense meant actually.

Went home and rest for the last day!

Day 3

We woke up early but not so early. Went to Merlion Park to catch the infamous Merlion. Got to see the shooting location of Crazy Rich Asians and Fullerton Hotel. Many tourists also grabbing the oppurtunity to take the photo with an open mouth and it was good. Went home again after that to grab stuffs before heading to Universal Studios.

My parents didn't enjoy much actually since it is "too young" haahha. I don't blame them of course and it was my fault that I didn't care about their preference yet we still went there. The queue was long since the weather was not good and most of the outdoor activities and rides were cancelled due to depicted thunderstorm. Though, we experienced Transformers and tried again at the Cyclon vs. Human, yet when we were close to experience the activity, it was closed because of the rain.

Later that night, went to the airport and had so many activities that the airport offers. I used the computer, filled my water bottle many times, shopped for foods, went to the entertainment center where I was the only one who played hahaha. And flew home after past midnight.

My overall experience will always long for their transportation hehe. I wish it was here also in the Philippines but also I realized after the trip how much I love my country. The country that feels home, the people, food and everything that I am used to.

Daghang Salamat! Maayung Gabie sa inyong tanan! ❤
