လူမွန္ ေနရာမွန္ မေရာက္တဲ့ အခ်ိန္မွာ ခဏေတာ့ စိတ္ထဲ ဝမ္းနည္း သလို ၊ အေရး မပါ အရာ မေရာက္တဲ့ လူ အျဖစ္ ခံစားရတတ္ပါတယ္ ။ ထိုသို႔ တစ္ေယာက္တည္း စိတ္ထဲ ဝမ္းနည္းလာတာမ်ိဳး ကို ႀကိတ္ၿပီး မခံ စားပါနဲ႔ ။ တစ္ၿခား အရာတစ္ခုခု ကို စိတ္ေျပာင္းသြားေအာင္ ျပဳလုပ္ေပးပါ ။သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြနဲ႔ အတူတူ အျပင္ ထြက္လည္ လိုက္တာမ်ိဳး ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ျပဳလုပ္ေပးပါ ။ ႐ုပ္ရွင္ကား အသစ္ ကို ၾကည့္ လိုက္ၿပီး စိတ္ေျပာင္း လိုက္တာမ်ိဳး ၊ အစာ ထြက္စားေပးတာမ်ိဳး လုပ္ေပးပါ ။ခရီးထြက္ေပး ျခင္း ကလည္း စိတ္ကို ကုသ ေပးနိုင္တဲ့ နည္းေကာင္း တစ္ခု ပါပဲ ။
