He is Biter..... But We are seeing this fade slowly with his adult teeth in now. Our relentless "No Bite" stern/loud warnings....

And a pinch to his lip when He bites hard.

I believe it is working..... And like You said B4. Kittens learn from other Cats.....

Just look at how Big Boy Stryper keeps Bopping him on the head..... Correcting Lil' Guy as if to say...... "No Bite!!"
