Macri sobre el aborto: "Queremos que esas chicas puedan elegir y planificar su vida"
09/08/2018 - El presidente Mauricio Macri habló horas después del rechazo a la legalización del aborto en el Senado, abogó por una mayor apuesta a la educación sexual y dijo que "estos son debates que comienzan y que van a continuar".
En declaraciones a la prensa en la Casa Rosada, el Presidente se centró en los embarazos adolescentes no deseados y destacó que "es muy importante que sigamos trabajando en la educación integral de los docentes que incluya el capitulo de educación sexual, la asesoría integral en las escuelas e introducir métodos anticonceptivos de larga duración, que se demuestran mucho mas efectivo en estos temas".
En ese sentido, agregó que la prioridad es comenzar en "las provincias del norte y la provincia de Buenos Aires", donde se registran la mayor cantidad de casos.
"El problema está y tenemos que seguir trabajando para que esas chicas tengan esas posibilidad de elegir y planificar sus vidas", continuó Macri.
En relación al debate sobre el aborto legal, el mandatario agregó: "Estos son debates que comienzan y que van a continuar. Estos debates se van a seguir sucediendo porque los argentinos estamos madurando en libertad, entendiendo qué significa vivir en democracia con libertad plena, donde tenemos que aprender a escuchar al otro. No hay que enojarse y hay que tratar de convivir de la manera más pacífica posible".
