I would say that it works for over 90% of the population 😂😉😉
I do believe you may be right but probably only 40% are able to or make the effort to visit the beach regularly and get rejuvenated

Me either thats why I love early mornings visits to the beach
Late visits are great too 😉
Ohh yes that’s true as well with the days getting shorter soon I will most likely be heading for sunset beach walks
