হ্যালো বন্ধুরা সবাই কেমন আছেন, আশা করি আপনারা ভাল আছেন । আজ থেকে আমি ইসলামিক ব্লগ করব । আর সেটি শরীয়তের মাসআলা মাসাইল নিয়ে । আশা করি ব্লগ গুলো পড়বেন এবং দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতের অশেষ সাওয়াব হাসিল করবেন ইনশাহআল্লাহ....?♥
মাসআলা :
যদি জুমার নামাজ শুরূ করার পূর্বে লোকেরা ইমামকে একা রেখে চলে যায় তবে সকলের মতে ইমাম সাহেব জোহরের নামাজ পড়বে, জুমার নামাজ আদায়ের অনুমতি নেই ।
আর যদি জুমার নামাজ শুরূ করার পর ইমামের রূকু সিজদা করার পূর্বে লোকেরা ইমামকে রেখে চলে যায় তবে ইমাম আবু হানীফা (র.) এর মতে ইমাম এই সুরতেও শুরূ থেকে জোহরের নামাজ পড়বে আর ইমাম মোহাম্মাদ (রহ.) ও ইমাম আবু ইউসুফ (রহ.) মতে ইমাম জুমার উপরই বিনা করবে অর্থাৎ জুমার নামাজ-ই পড়বে, জোহরের নামাজ পড়ার একেবারেই জরুরত নেই।
আর যদি ইমামের রুকু ও এক সিজদাহ করার পর লোকেরা ইমাম কে ছেড়ে চলে যায়, তবে ইমাম আবু হানীফা ইমাম মুহাম্মদও ইমাম আবু ইউসুফ (রঃ) মতে জুমার উপর বিনা করবে অর্থাৎ জুমার নামাজ পূর্ন করবে।
ইমাম জুফার (রঃ)এর মতে ইমাম এই সুরতে ও জুহরের নামাজ পড়বে, তার দলিল হলো জামাত হলো জুমা আদায়ের জন্য শর্ত যেমন ওয়াক্ত হল আদায়ের জন্য শর্ত।
সুতরাং যেমনি ভাবে ওয়াক্তের শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত পাওয়া যাওয়া জরুরী এমনি ভাবে প্রথম তাকবীরের শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত জামায়াত পাওয়া যাওয়া ও শর্ত।
উপরের সুরতে যেহেতু শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত জামায়াত পাওয়া যায়নি, বরং মাঝে জামাআত ছুটে গেছে, এজন্য জুমার নামাজ ফাসিদ হয়ে যাবে এবং ইমামের জোহরের নামাজ পড়া জরুরী।
ইমাম মুহাম্মদ ও ইমাম আবু ইউসুফ (রহ.) এর দলিল হলো, জামাআত হওয়া জামাআত আদায়ের শর্ত নয়, বরং জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার শর্ত, যেমন খুতবা জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার জন্য শর্ত।
অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার শর্ত শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত পাওয়া যাওয়া জরুরী নয়, বরং অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার সীমা পর্যন্ত পাওয়া যাওয়া জরুরী, এরপর জুরুরি নয়।
সুতরাং যখন প্রথম তাকবীরের সময় জামাআত পাওয়া গেছে তবে তো জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়ে গেছে, এরপর জামাআত বাকি থাকা শর্ত নয়।
সুতরাং জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার পর জামাআত ছুটে যাওয়ার দ্বারা জুমা ছুটে যায়না,যেহেতু জুমা ছুটে যায়নি, তাই ইমাম জুমাই পূর্ণ করবে জোহরের নামাজ পড়বে না।
ইমাম আবু হানিফা (রহ.) এর দলিল নিঃসন্দেহে জামাআত জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার শর্ত, যেমনটি আপনারাও বলেছেন। তবে নামাজ অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়া নামাজ শুরু করার দ্বারাই হয়, আর এক আয়াত পূর্ণ হওয়ার দ্বারাই নামাজের শুরু পূর্ণতা লাভ করে। কেননা এক রাকায়াতের কমে নামাজ হয়না। সুতরাং বুঝা গেল নামাজ বলতে হলে কমপক্ষে এক রাকাআত পূর্ণ হতে হবে। মোটকথা হলো, জামাআত জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার জন্য শর্ত। আর জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হয় জুমার নামাজ শুরু করার দ্বারা। সর্বনিম্ন এক রাকাআতকে নামাজ বলা যায়। তাহলে বুঝা গেল জুমার নামাজ এক রাকাআত পূর্ণ হওয়ার দ্বারা শুরু হবে। সুতরাং এক রাকাআত পূর্ণ হওয়া পর্যন্ত যদি জামাআত পাওয়া যায় তবে জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়ে গেছে। এখন যদি ইমামের রুকু সিজদা করার পর লোকেরা পলায়ন করে এবং জামাআত ফউত হয়ে যায়, তবে জুমা ফউত হবেনা। আর যদি এর পূর্বে পলায়ন করে তবে জামাআত ফউত হয়ে যাবে। সুতরাং যেহেতু জুমার নামাজ অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার পূর্বে অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়া শর্ত তথা জামাআত ফউত হয়ে যায় সেহেতু জুমা ফাসিদ হয়ে যাবে। আর ইমামের জোহর পড়া ওয়াজিব হবে। বাকি জুমার খতবাও জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার শর্ত। কিন্তু এক রাকাআত পূর্ণ হওয়া পর্যন্ত তার পাওয়া জরুরী নয়? এর জবাব হলো, নিঃসন্দেহে জুমার খুতবা জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার শর্ত হবে যেহেতু খুতবা হলো নামাজের বিপরীত। যদি নামাজের মধ্যে খতবা পড়া হয় তবে নামাজই ফাসিদ হয়ে যাবে, এজন্য এক রাকাআত পূর্ণ হওয়া পর্যন্ত তার থাকা শর্ত নয়।
হেদায়ার গ্রন্থকার বলেন, জুমার নামাজ ছেড়ে দিয়ে যদি লোকেরা চলে যায় শুধু নারী ও ছেলেরা থেকে যায়, তবে এদের কোনো ইতিবার নেই। কেননা নিরেট নারী ও ছেলেদের দ্বারা যেহেতু জুমা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়না, তাই তাদের দ্বারা জামাআতের শর্ত ও পূর্ণ হবে না।
