You're awesome. I wish I lived next door...But I'd always clearly announce my arrival before setting foot over the fence. Would be good for my ongoing wellbeing I think. :)
I wanted to add styrofoam floatation to use it for fishing. It would almost lift me, but you have tilt it for movement. I should build a bigger one, I could make better fans now; and could actually buy a bigger engine.
The house next door IS for sale...we would be dangerous as neighbors, LOL!

P.s. My wife has never made a pumpkin scone and I probably wouldn't eat it if she did. She's a bit challenged in the cooking-skills department. :)
