Hi Dear Friend @brianoflondon.

It caught my attention on [Video 48s].
I didn't know that FB had made such tough statements about cryptography and the ban on cryptocurrency advertising. Insane.

This was in January 2018. Then 18 months later they launch the Libra project. Totally contradicting its own thesis.

By the way. What has been known about Libra lately?

    I'm glad that caught your attention! Libra looks like it isn't really going well as a project. Our law suit was built long before Libra was announced, Libra doesn't change the underlying legal problem for Facebook but it does make it even more obvious that they were up to no good by banning crypto adverts.

    Our law suit is due to move into a very detailed and thorough legal review in Australia soon. We're just finishing off the fund raising for this stage and we have an excellent law firm and a very senior Barrister lined up to conduct this. Based on the results from that we would then go forward and raise the war chest we need to get insurances and to actually file the case against defendants with such deep pockets as these. Australia is much more favorouable from this point of view than the USA, the ability for the other side to run up unreasonable costs against us is limited.

    Regardless, you really should carefully examine our case and if you haven't joined as a class member you may want to consider that. We are deadly serious about this and Steemit (as an entity) and all Steemians have a huge claim against Facebook in particular because Steem is obviously a direct threat to Facebook's entire business model of stealing everybody's content to monetise their information and hoover up most of the global advertising business!
