Posting it here isn't an issue. The problem is that someone might open it unexpectedly at work or in front of the kids. If it has NSFW in the title or tag then they know. Don't use NSFW as the first tag though, it could hide it.
I think using it anywhere will hide it from the main steemit categories like trending. People will need to click on #NSFW to see it.
