Frida exhibition and discovery of a woman

I went to an exhibition this week to see the Artist Frida Kahlo. I always see these pictures around between T-shirts or pictures or whatever. So I decided to know more about this image that always comes out somewhere at one point.
She is considered one of Mexico's greatest artists who began painting mostly self-portraits after she was severely injured in a bus accident.
Honestly, she didn’t have a peaceful and enjoyable life due to her physical conditions.

Her paintings often had strong autobiographical elements and mixed realism with fantasy so much that called the attention of Pablo Picasso and many other of the time.
Kahlo's work has been celebrated internationally as emblematic of Mexican national and Indigenous traditions, and by feminists for what is seen as its uncompromising depiction of the female experience and form.

She become know since 1970 when everyone start to know her art and masterpieces.
