The Owl and the River of Time🦉
The Owl and the River of Time
Long ago, in a quiet forest, there lived an old owl named Arion. Unlike other owls, Arion was not only wise—he could see the flow of time. To him, every moment looked like a silver river, always moving forward, never stopping.
Animals from faraway places came to seek his advice. A young deer once asked,
“Wise Owl, how can I stop time so I may always stay young?”
Arion blinked slowly and replied,
“Time is not meant to be stopped. Just as the river must flow to keep the forest alive, so must time move to keep life meaningful.”
Another day, a tired tortoise asked,
“Can you make time run faster, so my journey is easier?”
The owl shook his head.
“If time runs too fast, you will miss the beauty along the way. A slow path gives you the gift of seeing more.”
As years passed, the animals realized the owl’s true lesson: time is not an enemy to fight or a treasure to hoard. It is a companion, teaching patience, growth, and change.
One moonlit night, Arion spread his wings and whispered to the forest,
“Remember, every tick of time is a gift. Do not waste it wishing it were different.”
And with that, he flew into the silver river of time, leaving behind wisdom that echoed in the forest forever.
