Day 1 of my weight loss challenge
My name is Daniel
I am overweight and tired of it and have decided to change.
I am going to lose this weight and I have set myself a challenge to lose 20 kg by 1 October 2017.
I will use psychological, diet and exercise techniques to achieve this.
