Interestingly, it is not the online retailer who is the actual seller rather it is the smaller sellers who are using the online medium to reach customers.
I am agree, operating disputes is really important challenge for small companies, so in such case Kleros may be very disruptive.

Glad you could take some time out to read the article. Yes, Kleros could be disruptive. I can just see the number of cases it could handle for a country like India. I hope the Kleros team do try to reach out to governments too. Their solution is quite interesting!
