A great way to end another chapter of your life is by opening another door.

I decided to leave my recent company and take a hiatus from working. As part of a middle class society, I know It would be hard without any job. I have thought of that several times before I took the courage to leave. So I planned things out like what I want to do in next few months, things that I can invest into and things that I need to settle for first quarter of year 2018.

A week after I ended my service, I've been seeing posts from few of my friends and former colleagues about Steemit. I checked out the website and honestly speaking, my mind was blown away from all the terms, activities, happenings and etc. I feel like I've been living in a box for years. Where have you been all my life, Steemit? 😂

I did not hesitate to create an account and give it a try. And the waiting game has begun after. I waited for my email to be validated and then finally after a week or so, just right after New Year Eve's celebration, I got a confirmation email!

I may have turned down one of the chapters of my life as the year 2017 ended, here I am welcoming the year of the Dog with new opportunity. I can't wait to share more as I unfold the beauty of the world, the goodness in each and everyone and how my life will be in this new journey.
