ACHIEVE THEIMPOSSIBLE

What is essential to the eye is invisible. Vision is the art of seeing the invisible. Visionaries always have a crystal clear picture of the outcome. You need a vision to succeed. The question now is how do i use and get more out of this to become successful? The answer is You need to help prime your brain to see and feel the invisible. I have 4 simple suggestion on how to help your brain to see and feel the invisible.

4 steps to help prime your brain to see the invisible

  1. Get clear on what you want ; Set clear goals with clear deadlines.
    Priming your mind starts with setting some goals for a kind od lifestyle you wanted to live. A mental clarity of what they are.
  2. Read your affirmations daily . Create a simple affirmation that goes like this I am so happy and grateful for the fact that i am now successful. Read the affirmation every single morning 5-10 times and every single night before you sleep.
  3. Visulaize, believe and feel like you would if you already had it;
    As you read your affirmations close your eye. Practice mental rehearse you seeing and feeling what it feels like consistently to enjoying a better lifestyle. Get totally into a mental movie add the emotions as if you were a Hollywood actor or actress pretending that was really happeneing. So you read the affirmation and as you do that and repeat that, mentally rehearse, visulaize what they look like. And what that does is that it primes your brain to see and feel as if it was real right now. That activates the different part of the brain, specifically the left prefrontal cortex which is the genius/Einstein part of your brain that actually help you figure out how to achieve that goal and dream. And if you a want a bonus step, all tou have to do is take a vision board either in your computer or a physical board and cut out some pictures of what kind of lifestyle you wany to live. What places you want to go for vacation in? What kind of home would you live in? What kind of charity would you support? Get pictures of. Visualize the lifestyle as you close your eye. Visulaize the imapct that lifestyle would have on your family and friends life, the community that you live inand start to see yourself in that scenerio and act as if it is real right now, feel the feeling as if you already have it.
  4. Ask yourself what can i do then tale massive action to achieve it. Take one or two action steps to make that a reality.
    So physical action in addition to mental rehearsal , visualization (see yourself) with affirmations is oneof the best way to start priming your brain to achieve the impossible.
