I really wish I could open to my bliss; I've been meditating for over 40 years and I'm still finding that I am blocked or no surrendering or letting go; although there have been divine moments that just came from out of the blue, but they were few and far between. Maybe I am just not a very letting go kind of person; but whatever, I feel to have given up on it these days, because I've certainly put the effort in and given it a huge chance. Maybe I'm just not very brave, or maybe there is too much junk to get rid of and I need a couple more lifetimes yet...
It is a journey, sometimes we need more than meditation we also need to dive in, explore the blocks and transform them.
