What a brilliant entry, a truly moving song that I had to include in my selection this week - I love the way you have structured the song it just works beautifully.

The playing is spot on and the combination of the strings and vocals works to create a sublime moving piece of music, just an amazing song I really enjoyed listening to multiple times - I really like the overall feel the song creates and the way you brought all the elements together brilliantly.

I have to make a special note on the vocals, I just couldn't get enough of them - the range and control are just perfection, I really enjoyed every aspect of this entry.

Nothing foolish about this song at all. Hands down it is so catchy, and wonderfully composed. You both have such great chemistry as quality performers and can sing impressively individually as you do paired in awe inspiring harmonies. This kind of song just gets better with time. Don't know how many times I have put this on repeat lol and sing along with you in joy. Definitely the epitome of what a romantic song should be. Easily a song that could top the charts in mainstream, although I'm not big on the industry anyway, but I could easily shower this kind of entry with a multitude of compliments and praises. You both deserve high recognition for this instant hit. Truly a sensational creation that has a seemingly endless amount of replay value. I don't typically go for jazz, but you guys absolutely nailed this performance and entry - just a divine combination of sounds, presented in a unique and beautiful way.

With just keys and bass you guys have created such a full and textured sound, the highlight for me as always is vocals - as a vocalist I can't help but be drawn in by an amazing voice!

You have created such a sweet and sultry sound, the vocals just fit beautifully with the chosen instrumental structure - combining to create such an amazing sound I just can't get enough of. - @krystle

Initially, in retrospect, I have to admit that I was rather smitten by @moccamonica’s cover of one of my originals last week – but then – this week - here she comes again with this week’s #80 entry, and I was completely floored by her performance and that of the accompanying keyboard and bass player - WOW! There ain’t no denying that this is one heck of an awesome performance by any measure! Check it out and you’ll see what I mean, and you’ll be happy you did – trust me! - @passion-ground

First off, fantastic cover choice bringing the smooth sounds of Jazz to the forefront and representing them at a quality level. Your vibrato and runs are highly compelling with your silk-sound vocals. You have taken a classic and recreated the beauty for which it has been known for, with the help of your pianist and bassist skillfully laying jamming groundwork for you to just let loose your talented passions. Very classy and gripping performance and you didn’t take many risks, but I must note from 2:16-2:21 of the video, you broke out of that comfort zone, and you showed that you can really belt with a powerful voice if you wanted to, and it was the climax moment of this song. It was one of my favourite parts and the whole entry is just great all throughout. Thank you for sharing this gem with us and elevating the standards once more. Yeah, so these guys are on fire! Hey man, you gotta strike while the iron is hot – and these two brothers are burning down the house! I loved everything about this entry, as I’m certain you will too! Though I’m not a fan of extraneous audio intrusions upon any given recording, the cry of a baby and the sound of the wind in this instance seemed to add a level of authenticity to the performance that I could not overlook. Such nuances aside, this was simply a rather outstanding entry by any measure! - @passion-ground

Upon clicking “play,” I was certain this entry was portraying a long lost James Taylor classic that I somehow managed to miss. Needless to say, when I opened his post and found out that this was an original composition – I bent down on both knees in appreciation for such an incredibly adept and moving song. This is a classic in its own right – whether or not the legacy mainstream will admit it or not. - @passion-ground

I was extremely happy that this was an original from you. This was such a deeply written and moving song that tugs on the heartstrings such as you beautifully play your guitar. Your singing captured the essence of realness and true experience as you unleash a mesmerising tale many of us can relate to. It really made me reminisce on all the moments of sadness that is entailed with rejection, hurt, loss, and broken hearts and how the heart and mind try to mend from all the expectations, inner thoughts of Whys, frustrations and longings that weigh the individual down. The melodies and chords you have structured are a perfect fit for how you deliver your great lyrics and memorable chorus.
