I'm comfortable being uncomfortable. Which is really what it takes to communicate anything beyond surface level. For most of my life I've struggled when hearing criticism and would get defensive easily. It was near impossible to open up and be emotionally vulnerable as well. It has taken a lot of "practice" to reach this point. Music has been a major part of getting me there and particularly performing my original songs at open mic nights.
