April 12th - The Sack of Constantinople by the Fourth Crusade Army
In 1204, The Fourth Crusader Army took a wrong turn on their road to Jerusalem and sacked the city of Constantinople, capital of the Byzantine Empire and the largest Christian city at the time. While they were at it, they also broke the Byzantine Empire.
