My first experience with “cryptocurrencies”

in #onecoin7 years ago

Now you’re probably wondering why I quoted cryptocurrencies. You’ll find out why if you keep reading the article.

I first heard about bitcoin in 2012 when I was hanging out with sone friends and one of them randomly started to talk about it. That’s when I found out that many people were buying GPUs in order to use  them for mining. I did’t understand much back then but I was in shock when I found out the price for only one bitcoin raised from $0.50 to $400 in a few years.

I gave up the idea of investing and I wasn’t interested in it until May 2016 when a friend told me it really was profitable. We both had a meeting with and older man that told us about  a cryptocoin  that was going to revolutionize the world, the so called “ONECOIN”. He presented it as being the new Bitcoin, but way better. We also found out that there was a Bulgarian lady, Dr. Ruja,  that had two PhDs and she was believed to be the one to discover the math formula change that was going to change the cryptocoin completely.

I don’t want to bore you with details about ONECOIN because I assume most of you know who they are. Eventually we decided to give it a shot and invested 580€ in it. Due to the pyramid scheme, for one month we tried to convince other people that this was going worth investing in. We gave up trying to determine others and now we’re just waiting for it’s value to increase.

In March 2017 I met another person that truly put me on the right path regarding blockchain and taught me what cryptocurrencies actually are. That’s when I started to read more about it and it fascinated me downright.

Since then I tried to make some money out of ONECOIN but I found put that’s impossible. You can only buy goods or services on the so called page dealershaker. An absolute shitshow: you cannot send ONECOIN to other people, but you can send it to the ones selling on dealershaker

I heard that in India and a few other countries ONECOIN ambassadors were arrested, but they keep developing.

Did you also invest in it? If yes, did you manage to recover your money? I’m looking forward to reading your opinions and experiences in comments.

Have a good one!
