Digital portrait painting - golden skin
I used the phrase golden skin in the title because i wished to paint the skin with more golden color. May be i succeeded with the hair just a little bit. After i finished painting the skin, it was looking so drab so i added some freckles and some really cool highlights.
Every time i paint something i play some show on the other screen to see. I find it extremely helpful. Today i was watching the last movie of harry potter series. I love this movies, although i realized how dumb these movies are.
The movie ended by the time i finished shading the skin. Then i played some songs to finish the rest of it.
Enjoy the portrait and let me know your thoughts on this one.

The lighting in this piece really drew me in—gives the whole thing a warm, surreal vibe. I’ve been saving similar digital works to display on a frame from https://www.nixplay.com/ so I can rotate through them. Makes my workspace more inspiring without clutter.
do you still use the same brush settings for your digital portraits, or have you made any changes since then? I’ve been experimenting with smoother blending for skin tones and wonder if you’ve tried new techniques that help keep the texture while getting that glow. Would love to hear what’s worked for you lately.
