The Venezuelan Government plans to achieve an annual production in the Mining Arc of 1.2 million ounces of gold for the next three to 18 years.

The Canadian company Gold Reserve, in its Preliminary Economic Evaluation, certified Venezuela as having the fourth largest gold mine in the world.

Venezuela, globally renowned for its oil, is also rich in mineral wealth as gold— and should be providing a comfortable life for its people. But it’s not.

The Orinoco Mining Arc has not provided the resources the government so urgently needs. Meanwhile, Venezuelans’ quality of life continues to decline. Those who can have fled the country.
