ODODOS Amazon Legging Review

Hello Lovelies! Today I wanted to do an Amazon Review for you! As you know, I love doing reviews. Love to share information, and perhaps even learn something as well. I also have a review posted on YouTube if videos is your preferred way to see reviews.

Today I am reviewing an Amazon legging from the brand ODODOS, I want to add on some photos for referencing different things about these leggings, so hopefully you all can see them.

For reference I am currently:

5’ 5” (almost)
I am not super fit, though I’m exciting to continue working out and see where that journey takes me.

These leggings were such an unexpected disappointment. So! Let’s get started.

First, I like the fabric, it’s soft, sleek, and smooth. As I showed above they label it as either 87% Polyester/13% Spandex, 87% Nylon/13% Spandex, but never say which pair is which fabric. I’m not worried about the fabric peeling or getting scratchy, but it is SLICK! You cannot keep these legging on your little bum. They slide down like crazy, and because of that, they have extra fabric in the crotch that sags.

Zero compression, they come up short on the ankle. You have to love the feel of the fabric, but beyond that it is definitely a disappointment. It was a Prime item that cost me $17.98, at least when I bought them. So it’s not too expensive to try out if you are interested. Of course, with Prime you can also get the item within a few days which is also a nice feature. They are a heathered grey, supposedly full-length, criss-cross front waistband leggings. They do have a small pocket on the back of the waistband.

It does have flatlock seams which should help keep the fabric from ripping apart. A good feature of these leggings is that they have a gusseted crotch, basically meaning that there’s an extra diamond shaped pattern in the crotch of the leggings. This “diamond” helps the pants to not cause an uncomfortable camel-toe usually. It should make it more comfortable, but since these wouldn’t stay up and needed pulling up so often, they were not as efficient.

Squats. These are iffy on a squat test, they are not the worst I have ever tried though! If they were not that heathered design, I am not sure how well they would work. If you can keep them up, they may work for squats.

Overall, I was not impressed. They didn’t stay up, they were not flattering (unless you’re more fit or thin perhaps). I like the color of them, the idea, the price and the fabric really was fun to feel. It was very soft, but I would rather they be less soft if it meant that they would stay up. The odd thing that I did not see said about them before purchase was how short they were. That was strange to me, I’m barely under 5’5” so I don’t usually have an issue with leggings being too short.

I’d rank these, Returnable Worthy. I vote we keep the hunt and find a better pair. Until next time! MWAH!
