much more in depth than what I was going to post. I will say I have a similiar issue with Bismuth withdrawal - they indicate the correct address yet never registered on the Bismuth blockchain. no response and they kicked me out of their telegram channel when I asked for follow (they ignored my emails to support and twitter message)
