I look forward to stricter rules and flags. Survival of the fittest is the best.
I'm worried about the good content creators who lack confidence or take flags too personally.
Although it will be good to see people getting flagged who deserve it, don't engage readers or just post pointless content, and don't take hints, etc.
I'm not sure it will immediately raise quality of what is being promoted especially with bid bots, but I do look forward to the epic fights involving people who received large downvotes for promoting junk with large upvotes.
In my case I'm going to take a break from promotion/bidding and monitor. I like bigger upvoting at 12 to 36 hours and was never excited with things outside of that range.
I think with 59% curation people will hopefully be less stingy.
I'm also going to vote comments less because they get more curation anyway.
I agree with everything except the last part, what you mean they get more curation anyway?
The people interacting with my posts will get more in return for upvoting me with 50% curation (I know I get some back too, but that's not why I upvote coments), so I am raising my bar on comments i upvote like multisentence, helpful, or witty comments.
Also with steem being so low, it's harder for me to get in a 0.02sbd comment while maintaining vp (sometimes I need over 25%), so visiting their posts is easier and maybe just giving a 1% token upvote to show approval.
