You have got to be kidding. Other than a 30 day cool down period on witness voting so they can @null fuck any large investor; there is nothing, nothing and more fucking nothing that has changed between 22.5 and 23.0 by my understanding.
Huh? Did you miss the part where a large stake controlled by a single individual who decides to vote in his own witnesses to change the code into whatever he wants to does not exist on hive?
There is nothing stopping another majority stake take over. One would just need to pony up.
