MyLandscape Contest - Week #03 + Winners announcement Week #02

in #ocd-resteem7 years ago (edited)

The second edition of #MyLandscape Photo Contest has just ended!

You shared really beautiful shots, the theme was very specific but you really surprised me!
Your photos are like windows on your lives, your passions, your experiences.
Thank you for sharing them with us!

To ensure that this project continues I need all participants to share this post.
We need to make the contest known to as many people as possible.
Every week there will be a different theme.

Here are the photos of the Winners of the Week:

First Place

This shot of @aneukyah6 seems to come out of a fairy tale.
A natural landscape, where the simple architecture of these stone buildings is perfectly connected with the surrounding nature.
Green is the dominant color, grass covers every surface, even on the roofs, they look like soft cushions.
The shot is very well designed, the observer is led to look at the figure of a horse, unaware of the photographer while grazing the grass.
The outline of the mountains draws an arrow, it is the sky above a small lake that serves as a background to the horse.
Really an incredible picture!

Second Place

This is the beautiful picture taken by @ismuadi .
When I saw this picture I was surprised, I did not expect to see a picture with a brown bear!
The first thing you notice is the beautiful bear. Most people usually only see these animals in documentaries and I can only imagine the thrill of seeing such a rare animal live in its natural environment.
The image is composed of horizontal bands that structure the shot so as to give visual depth.
Very beautiful are the curved lines of the mountain that can be glimpsed in the background and that are related to the curve drawn by the ground where the bear walks.

Third Place

Here is the shot of @voyagesofcarla2, a shot with a few elements, minimal, easy to read.
In the foreground there is a large isolated tree, then in the background two people riding on the horizon line. Thanks to these elements we understand the vastness of the space that surrounds them.
In this shot the author of the photo decided to close the lens aperture, we understand that it was a day with a very strong and hard light, so she decided to use these particular conditions to emphasize the silhouette of the main elements of the composition .
Congratulations for the shot!
