#Atimes i imagine what can actually make someone obese#

When i see fat people i wonder what kind of food do they eat, do they in any way engage in exercise at all or they acquired being fat from their parents(hereditary).
I do imagine can they enjoy making love with their loved ones as the fat in their body will tend to prevent them to make some certain movement.
It keeps me thinking do they actually want to become fat or they enjoy seeing themselves fat so that they can intimidate people.
What more can fat person do to reduce excess fat in the body. I need an advise that i can offer to some of my neighbours that are actually obesed and they feel that exercise cant help them.
