I like to check the new posts, mostly for newbies who seem to be making a good effort, so as to encourage them. With these irritating delays, I no longer can afford the time. The worst of it, it is not needed by Steemit to protect them...

It makes me wonder, are the honestly hoping to chase all of us away? What value an empty platform? I suspect I know...but I cannot say for certain, so I'll have to keep quiet.
