Effects of Nuclear war on Earth and Human Health:-
Nobody can deny that nuclear war would have a huge negative impact on the world environment. With the safety of citizens and nations, one must think about the impact on climate change. Many nations have the bomb, some with fission-only bombs, others have achieved the deadlier nuclear fusion but not everyone publicly declares what they have. But the most important point that we must understand is that;
“What would be the effects of nuclear war on Earth and humans”?

Whole world is concerned about the Nuclear weapons and advancing missile system of North Korea. And recently test of hydrogen missile make the situation more worst. I think we are closer to a nuclear war.
In the North Korea case, Kim Jong-un, 33, the third straight ruthless dictator from the Kim family. He seemingly spends every penny possible on military technology and equipment while his people starve. Though he has no actual military experience himself. And other side President Trump 71, with no military experience of any kind, perpetually overmatched in dealing with the region and lacks impulse control, and there are precious few checks on his ability to initiate a nuclear strike. We have to hope that our generals, both inside and outside the White House, can rein him in.
In my opinion North Korea will “lose” a nuclear war with the US. Millions of people would die, including thousands of Americans currently living in South Korea and Japan. Korea, Japan and Pacific island territories (such as Guam) will face vast damage. Not only this region would be left with horrible suffering amongst the survivors but it would also immediately face famine and rampant disease. Radioactive fallout from such a war would spread around the world.
According to my knowledge, the changes in nuclear weapons technology have focused more on making them smaller, lighter, and making delivery systems more accurately, rather than on changing their effects on the environment or on human health. Any exchange between two nuclear powers would not stay limited to these smaller, less destructive bombs.
Larger bombs can flatten cities. Most people within the blast radius, which can be up to 10 miles, would die instantly. Those who survived would wish they hadn’t, most would die later of severe burns or awful cancers. Radioactive fallout from these weapons’ debris clouds would reach the stratosphere, where it would travel worldwide, potentially contaminating crops and livestock as well as causing radiation sickness and cancer directly. Later, this fallout would cause genetic mutations in plants, animals and human beings, as it has in the vicinity of the Chernobyl nuclear accident.

Finally we already have examples of Nagasaki and Hiroshima which were affected by the nuclear bombs. And they faced vast damage in terms of human deaths, human health and environmental changes etc. And this affect remain for generations.

you forgot the use of depleted uranium , america used depleted uranium in Iran which was equivalent to 10,000 Hiroshima bombs and in parts of Iran 1 in 3 babies are born with severe birth defects and of course many will die early from cancer including the troops , this pollution will last for the next million years and Iran was only 1 of the many countries they have spayed with this weapon

yeh you are right sir ,thanks for addition.
