Flower in pointillism

in #ntopaz6 years ago (edited)

The flowers adorn and brighten any place. As we are in times of drought in my country I wanted to make flowers that did not wither to decorate my house, and I started doing the one I show you next:

Flower in pointillism

Materials

-Paperboard.
-Paintings.
-Key Allen (to mark the points)
-Scissors.

Process

I drew the silhouette on cardboard and cut it using the scissors. Then I proceeded to paint it using a pink tone for the flower, and green for the leaves.

Here I placed the basic points that would guide me.

I surrounded with small blue dots the white spots I had placed on each petal of the flower.

I expanded the circular pattern from which I started, creating more colorful dots.

To give complexity to the flower I painted points inside the big points, and with this I managed to give it more color.

For the leaves I created elongated patterns towards the ends.

Final result

Finally I used small white dots to fill the empty areas.

I am motivated to create content for Steemit. I hope you support my work.

Thank you!

It amazing and such a smart idea:)

I really love your artworks and the caring way that you present every post. I consider you a great asset in the Crafts/Design category that i am curating and with your smart ideas, style and hard work i believe you can have a lasting future career as an artist:) My problem is the time you are posting and this is the reason your posts dont get much of the deserved attention. If you like and it is not a big trouble for you, can you post 6 hours earlier or maybe 6 hours later?:)

Keep up the good work:)

Hello @georgeboya, I am very grateful for the information you have given me. I would love to receive more support (art is my main job), and if it is necessary that I publish at a specific time, I will do it. Could you give me instructions regarding the schedule? I'm in Venezuela.

Thank you for taking the time to comment, and have a nice day.

If you can post around 12 at noon in Venezuela it could be the best, but up to 6 hours from now is fine too:) Your posts appear a lot of times a little before the end of the cycle we are curating (12pm Korean ST) and do not get notice.
You can check the Spanish discord channel also, they are very helpful:)

You are very welcome, have a nice day too:)

Oh, thank you, it's a schedule that I can easily adapt to. See you soon in a new art.

Cute pointillism art, @iraidamatheus :) The colours and dots arrangement are done very nicely <3 And it is always lovely to see your artwork's step by step, as well <3

Thanks friend @veryspider. It is gratifying to see that you are following my works.

This is very interesting as you created a beautiful mandala within a flower which is a mandala itself.

I really enjoy the way you work. Your lines are clear and colors are not overlapping. You are structured and systematic.

Very well done! Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for everything. I love your comments because I realize that you dedicate yourself to observe the works for a moment, and that is motivating for me.

It's my pleasure :) I indeed tried to think about the work before I say something :) I'm glad that you've noticed!
