There's an admirable new girl in Truro and she has everybody talking. Stunningly grubby and devastatingly podgy, all the girls want her. However, Chloe Ferguson has a secret - she's a stingy vampire.

Suzanne Clifford is a smart, tall girl who enjoys stamp collecting. She becomes fascinated by Chloe who can stop trucks with her bare hands. She doesn't understand why she's so standoffish.

Her best friend, a gracious robot called Brad, helps Suzanne begin to piece together the puzzle. Together, they discover the ultimate weapon - the blue, peculiar spoon.

When bodies start turning up all over Truro, Suzanne begins to fear the worst. The robot urges her to report Chloe to the police and she knows she should, so what's stopping her?

She may resist Chloe's bite, but can she resist her charms?
