A day in the life : Day 230

in #notes13 hours ago

When the alarm goes off at 7 a.m., I groan but know it's time to start the day. I brew some coffee, take a sip, and begin my morning routine. After coffee, I make scrambled eggs with spinach and toast. It's simple but fills me up for the day. I head to my desk to tackle emails and work on a project I've been meaning to finish. Mid-morning, I take a short walk to grab some fresh air and stretch my legs.

In the afternoon, I focus on organizing my workspace, decluttering and setting things in order, which makes me feel more productive. For lunch, I have a salad with grilled chicken and a variety of vegetables, light but satisfying. In the evening, I cook dinner, something like baked chicken with steamed broccoli—simple and comforting.

After dinner, I spend some time reading or watching a short documentary, which distracts and educates. Before bed, I jot down a few things I'm grateful for—small moments that made the day good. It was a pretty normal day, filled with productivity and small moments of relaxation. I'm glad I took the time to enjoy it.
