Today began with the gentle sound of birds chirping outside, gently coaxing me awake. I started my morning with a warm cup of herbal tea, savoring the quiet moments before the day took off.
After tea, I attended to my usual morning chores—folding the laundry and organizing my workspace. It's surprising how a bit of tidying can uplift my mood, making the space feel fresh and welcoming.
For breakfast, I opted for a healthy smoothie, packed with spinach, banana, and almond milk. It was quick, nutritious, and set me up for a productive day ahead.
