Belmont : New smart city By Bill Gates
Bill Gates has bought 24,000 acres of land in the middle of the Arizona desert.
He is planning to build a technologically advanced metropolis in the heart of the desert and name of this future city is Belmont.
This land is entitled to 80k residential apartments and 2300 acres of land for commercial purpose.This city will be based on cutting-edge technology, advanced high-speed digital network, autonomous vehicles and autonomous logistics hubs.

There are no details of who is going to design it and how it is going be a different city but there are talks of flying cars and robot maid named Rosie.
Now only future will tell us if this going is to be another fairyland or ghost city.
I always admire his creativity towards investment. this is a good one for me
