Of course, the article claims that "criminals who use the virtual currency Bitcoin could face money laundering charges" which could be translated into "anyone who dares to use a decentralized cryptocurrency which threatens the existence of the status quo which favors the Federal Reserve Cartel/Central Banking Criminals will be treated as a criminal.
This could be significant. Surely the more these widespread malware attacks happen, the more damage is done to Bitcoins reputation?

I thought there were Bitcoin ATMs all over Miami.
I know a bunch of businesses there accept Bitcoin.
For CRIMINALS only. If you're not one then you are good.
Their definition of a criminal is basically anyone who sells bitcoins
So they're going to remove all the bitcoin ATMs around the state?
