What bothers me about these massive efforts to control internet content is about their underlying assumptions. Not only are they showing very little respect to individual liberty and responsibility, but they really imply people to be totally incompetent, incapable of being critical about sources and what they read. It is interesting to see why all this happens this late as 2017 and not any earlier. I mean, internet and trolls have been around for a while...
