All you need to know about Androids latest OS ( Nougat)

Android 7.0 "Nougat" is the newest and most exciting Android OS yet. It has to live up to the expectations of the consumers and also perform better than iOS 10 which will be launched in early September.

Many android devices are still waiting for their marshmallow update , nevertheless Nougat will be released to nexus devices such as nexus 6x, 5x 6P , if you don't have a nexus device, you might have to wait a little longer .

Major features of Android N

Multi Window
Multi window support allows you to open 2 apps simultaneously. Horizontally or vertically.
I'll probably use it google information and at the same time chat with the other person. It may seem unnecessary but I like the fact that it's there.

Direct reply notifications
Now you can reply directly to emails, texts , messages right from your notifications. I'm guessing this will be my most used new feature.

Doze mode
This feature will allow your device to go into deep standby mode when stationary. Google understands that the end consumer appreciates the new features but needs better battery life, whereas other companies are busy trying to slim their phones. (I'm looking at you Apple)

Vulkan API support
If you are into gaming on mobile devices , you have a reason to be excited. Vulkan API support will improve the quality of graphics considerably.

New emojis
Android offers 1500 emojis including 72 new ones.

Instant Apps
Gone are the days where you , install an app to find out how it is. Simply go the playstore and open it.
