World's oldest woman death

Japan's world's oldest woman Navi Tajima died at the age of 117.

The old woman died on Saturday in the south-western Kikaijima island hospital. The Kyodo News Agency said in the news.

Nazi Tajima was undergoing treatment at the hospital since January.

Just seven months before the death of Violent Brown, Jamaica, he was the world's oldest man. He was also 117 years old.

Tajim was born on August 4, 1900. His family has more than 160 members, including children and grandchildren.

Based on the US-based Gerontology Research Group, Sia Yoshida, the world's oldest woman, Japan. His age is 116 years.

Earlier this month, Masazo Nonaka, 112, of Japan's Guinness World Records, is recognized as the world's oldest man.

As seen last year in Japan, there are approximately 67,824 people in the country who are 100 years old. In 1963 the number was 153.
